Dr. Stefan Ploszak has dedicated more than 28 years to the dental industry, with 18 years as a practicing dentist. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill in 2007, after completing degrees in Chemistry and Biology.
His philosophy is built on ethics, patient trust, and genuine care, ensuring that every patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.

Do you accept new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages, from children to seniors. Whether you need a routine check-up, treatment, or a second opinion, we’re happy to help.
How long is the free initial consultation?
Dr. Ploszak will give you a free 15 minute consultation that I will evaluate you and direct you to your next steps. Please email us any previous medical record needed before your first appointment
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most PPO plans provided through employers, as well as Medicaid and certain retirement benefits. Some of the retirement plans we accept include Humana (HMO) in-network and UHC Medicare.
Here is a list to name a few Insurance PPO plans:
MetLife, Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta dental, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln, Principal, Unum, United healthcare, Carecredit is also accepted.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
No problem! We believe that quality dental care should be accessible to everyone. We offer flexible payment options and financing plans to help make treatment affordable.
What restorative treatments do you offer?
We offer fillings, crowns, bridges, implant-retained crowns and bridges, dentures, extractions, bleaching and prosthetic solutions to restore damaged or missing teeth. Dr. Ploszak will work with you to determine the best option for your needs.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card (if applicable), photo ID, and any recent dental records or X-rays. If you’re taking any medications, having a list of them is also helpful.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We understand that things happen! Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can leave a voicemail if no one is available to pick up the call. We check them periodically. Leave your name and phone number.
